We arrived at the home where the piano was being moved from, ready to get Jack's piano safely to its new home. As always, we started with protection first. Every delicate part was carefully wrapped in blankets, shrink wrap, and tape, checked and rechecked, until we were confident it was fully padded and secure. With a six-person team, we carefully maneuvered the piano out of the room and through the corridor, the only path available, and out to the truck, where it was loaded onto a dolly for smooth, controlled transport. When we arrived at Jack's home, rain began to fall. Rather than rush a delicate instrument through wet conditions, we waited it out, and didn't charge Jack a cent for the extra time. He appreciated the patience just as much as we appreciated his. Once the rain cleared, we faced the toughest part of the job: getting the piano up a flight of stairs and into Jack's home. It's a challenge we've handled many times before, and our team got right to work. The piano made it up safely, without a scratch. And yes, every single key arrived intact. Home Relocation

Mrs. Virginia initially called us, stating her need for a home move. She wanted a cap of $1,950, and we assured her we would work with her within her budget range. We arrived with a team of 6, moving blazing fast, just as Mrs. Virginia said we would. She and her husband were very happy with how quickly we packed up their apartment, since they were moving to a new home. Four hours in, we were done packing up the 2 bedroom apartment. Then we went to unload in their new home, with Mrs. Virginia directing where she wanted the boxes and furniture. That's when she mentioned she still had stuff in storage. We headed there, updating her periodically on our progress with removing the storage items and loading the truck. She was happy about how we kept her updated. When we got back to their new home, they didn't realize they had that much stuff in storage. We got back to placing the items as directed, and after everything, we helped set up their furniture. We made sure their entire move was completely stress-free.

Completing a Colorado-to-Louisiana Relocation

Mr. Jerry from RHD reached out to us via Craigslist. He said he needed professional movers in Louisiana and went with us after contacting a few others. He was moving seniors from Colorado and wanted us to help complete the move. The seniors' daughter was moving to a penthouse in New Orleans. It was the biggest Penske truck, and we started early, unloading as fast as we could with a team of 4. Mr. Jerry was impressed with how quickly we moved. We spent 6 hours at the penthouse unloading. Then we went to her parents' home in Covington to pick up things for their daughter. They had lots of antiques that we wrapped up carefully and loaded onto the truck in a professional manner so nothing would break. Back in New Orleans, we began unloading again, moving up 5 floors via an elevator, getting things in as fast and carefully as possible. We spent 13 hours total, and both the seniors and their daughter were very happy. So happy, we became their repeat servicer.
